The Science: How Light Heals
Your skin doesn’t just sit on the surface—it responds, adapts, and regenerates.
LED therapy works by delivering specific wavelengths of light that your cells recognize as energy. Once absorbed, this light stimulates the mitochondria (your cell’s power source), increasing ATP production—the fuel your skin uses to repair, renew, and function at its highest level.

For Aging: The Red & NIR Spectrum
As we age, our collagen production slows down and our cells become a bit "tired."
Red Light (633nm): This wavelength reaches the dermal layer, where your collagen and elastin live. It stimulates the production of these essential proteins, smoothing fine lines and improving skin density.
Near-Infrared (830nm): This goes even deeper, reducing systemic inflammation and accelerating the wound-healing process. It’s the secret to that "lit-from-within" bounce.
For Acne: The Blue Spectrum
Acne is often a battle against C. acnes bacteria.
Blue Light (415nm): This light is antimicrobial. It seeks out the bacteria living in the pores and destroys them without the need for drying topicals. When paired with Red light, it not only kills the breakout but also calms the redness left behind.
A Note for Our Subscribers
We believe that professional results shouldn’t be reserved for occasional appointments. That’s why we’ve integrated LED Therapy Access into our subscription model.
Whether you are looking to calm a breakout or build a foundation of collagen that lasts a lifetime, the light is here for you. Next time you’re in the studio, ask us how to incorporate a "Light Session" into your appointment. With bi-weekly use, you’ll notice fewer breakouts, faster healing, and a gradual increase in skin firmness and clarity.
