Processing & Shipping
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and 5–7 business days for standard shipping.
Delivery times include both processing and shipping and are based on orders placed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Hoshi Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped. For delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted on any skincare, lash, or cosmetic items.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kae@hoshibeauty.comwith your order number and photos of the issue.
Eligible cases may receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Service Appointments
All appointments require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposits.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied toward a future booking if proper notice is given.


Product Use & Results
Individual results may vary. Hoshi Beauty is not responsible for adverse reactions caused by misuse, undisclosed allergies, or incompatible skincare routines.
Clients are encouraged to consult with a licensed esthetician before beginning new treatments or products.


Privacy & Media Policy
By booking a service with Hoshi Beauty, clients acknowledge and consent to the possibility of photography, video, or audio recording within the studio for marketing, education, or promotional purposes.
Recordings may be used on social media, the Hoshi Beauty website, or other marketing channels to showcase services and client experiences.

Clients who prefer not to be recorded or photographed may inform their esthetician before the service begins. We respect all requests for privacy, and accommodations will be made accordingly.
All personal information collected—such as names, contact details, and appointment history—is kept confidential and used solely for booking, service, and communication purposes.
Hoshi Beauty does not share or sell personal data to third parties.
