Policies

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

A non-refundable deposit is required when booking and will go towards your service. The remaining balance can be paid with exact cash or a card.

GUEST POLICY:
To maintain a calm, focused environment, no guests are permitted during appointments.
The only exception is if a guardian is accompanying a minor receiving services.

HEALTH & SAFETY

If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.
Clients must be symptom-free for at least 24 hours without the use of medication before attending their appointment.

REFUNDS:

All services are non-refundable. Lash services have a 48hr grace period to notify me of any adjustments that need to be made.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE

By participating in beauty services, you hereby permit images captured during said services to be used solely for Hoshi Beauty promotional material, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.

LATE POLICY:

Try to arrive 5 minutes early to ensure we start on time.

There is a $10 late fee.
