DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit is required when booking and will go towards your service. The remaining balance can be paid with exact cash or a card.
PAYMENT & SERVICE COMPLETION
I understand that I am reserving professional time, products, and expertise. Once my service is completed, it is considered accepted unless concerns are communicated before leaving or, when applicable, within the stated adjustment period.
I acknowledge that all services rendered are final and non-refundable. Dissatisfaction with personal preference, change of mind, maintenance, normal wear, lifestyle factors, or failure to follow aftercare instructions does not constitute grounds for a refund.
By accepting and leaving with my completed service, I acknowledge that the service was performed as requested unless I communicated concerns before departure or within the applicable adjustment period.
CHARGEBACK ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I understand that by receiving services, I am authorizing payment for the services provided.
I agree that I will first contact Hoshi Beauty directly regarding any questions or concerns before disputing a payment with my financial institution or credit card provider.
I acknowledge that initiating a chargeback after receiving services without first providing Hoshi Beauty a reasonable opportunity to address legitimate concerns may constitute a breach of this agreement.
GUEST POLICY:
To maintain a calm, focused environment, no guests are permitted during appointments.
The only exception is if a guardian is accompanying a minor receiving services.
HEALTH & SAFETY
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.
Clients must be symptom-free for at least 24 hours without the use of medication before attending their appointment.
REFUNDS:
All services rendered are final and non-refundable. Lash services include a 48-hour adjustment period. If any adjustments are needed, you must notify Hoshi Beauty within 48 hours of your appointment.
PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE
By participating in beauty services, you hereby permit images captured during said services to be used solely for Hoshi Beauty promotional material, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.
LATE POLICY:
Try to arrive 5 minutes early to ensure we start on time.
There is a $10 late fee.
NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS:
Deposits are non-refundable. Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment forfeit their deposit and are not entitled to a refund or appointment credit.
